At Contour Design we strive after producing products of high and premium quality. We do offer a warranty on all products. However, if you experience any problems we ask you to do the following:

  1. Have a look at our Frequently Asked Question page, and try out relevant proposed solutions.
  2. You can also consult the manual for your product for further information.
  3. If you cannot find a solution to your problems, we would be happy to help you. We kindly ask you to fill in the form below. If you are looking to return your product, click here and fill out the form to receive a RMA number. No returns will be accepted without a RMA number.
